Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with KB Gifts n' Sweets, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your order.

Orders

All orders require at least 2–3 weeks’ notice. Orders requested with less notice may not be accommodated. Orders are confirmed only after a deposit has been received. Your date is not secured until the deposit is paid. All products are made to order using fresh ingredients. No two items are exactly alike, and minor variations are normal for handcrafted products. Inspiration photos are used as a guide. While I strive to match your vision as closely as possible, each creation is unique and may differ slightly from the reference images.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are based on the specific requirements of your order. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The deposit amount will be specified in your custom quote. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of pickup or delivery. Payment is accepted via e-Transfer. Prices may vary based on design complexity, size, flavour selections, and custom additions. Any changes to your order after confirmation may result in price adjustments.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

KB Gifts n' Sweets products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to: wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy.I cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. If you or your guests have food allergies, please inform me at the time of ordering so I can advise on the best options. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is available within the Toronto GTA. The exact address will be provided upon order confirmation. Delivery is available within the Toronto GTA at $5 per km from the pickup location. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, KB Gifts n' Sweets is not responsible for any damage, melting, or quality changes caused by improper handling, storage, or transport by the customer. Please follow the storage instructions provided with your order to ensure the best quality.

Photos & Social Media

KB Gifts n' Sweets may photograph completed orders for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. No personal information will be shared alongside these photos. If you prefer that your order not be photographed, please let me know at the time of ordering.

Limitation of Liability

KB Gifts n' Sweets is a home-based bakery. While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
