Service Area

KB Gifts n' Sweets serves the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We offer both pickup and local delivery options for all orders.

Pickup

Pickup is available for all orders. The pickup location is within the Toronto GTA, and the exact address will be provided when your order is confirmed. Customers are welcome to travel from anywhere in the GTA for pickup at no additional cost. Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. Orders are prepared fresh and timed to be ready for your event. If you need to adjust your pickup time, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

Local Delivery

Delivery is available within the Toronto GTA at a rate of $5 per kilometre from the pickup location. The delivery fee will be calculated and included in your custom quote. Delivery times are scheduled based on your event needs. I will coordinate a delivery window with you when your order is confirmed.

Order Lead Time

All orders require at least 2–3 weeks’ notice, regardless of size or complexity. This ensures I have enough time to source quality ingredients, plan the design, and give your order the care it deserves. For large events (weddings, corporate events, large parties), I recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date.

Handling & Care

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For delivery orders, I personally handle the transport to maintain quality. Storage tips after receiving your order:Cakes: Refrigerate until 1–2 hours before serving for the best texture and flavour. Cake pops & chocolate-covered treats: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Tiramisu cups: Keep refrigerated and consume within 2–3 days for best freshness.Sugar cookies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Best enjoyed within 1–2 weeks.

We Do Not Ship

At this time, KB Gifts n' Sweets does not offer shipping via courier or mail. All orders are available for local pickup or delivery within the Toronto GTA only. This ensures every item arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
